Order Placement
Every order begins its journey via email and is entered into our bespoke production software. Built specifically to support our manufacturing flow, this system ensures that every detail is captured and tracked from day one.
Fabric Cutting
Using our state-of-the-art CNC cutting machine – installed last year to enhance precision and productivity – we cut each fabric panel to exact specifications, setting the stage for a flawless finish.
Sewing Preparation
Fabric panels are passed through the overlocker, where drawstrings are sewn in to prep them for pressing. This step ensures a secure, professional fit.
Seat & Back Assembly
On the press, the fabric and foam are neatly stapled to the seat and back components. This is where form meets function, creating the core structure of the chair.
Backrest Fitting
Next, we attach the back bars and ratchet mechanisms, critical elements for ergonomic support and adjustability.
Seat Fitting
The assembly continues with the addition of seat mechanisms, followed by armrests, gas stems, and the base. The chair now comes together as a complete unit.
Final Checks & Packing
Before dispatch, each chair is thoroughly inspected, air-cleaned, and carefully bagged. They’re then lined up and ready for loading.
Delivery
Chairs are loaded onto our custom-designed fleet of wagons, each one proudly featuring our product range, and sent out the same evening for next-day delivery across the UK.
